My kids are only 5 and 4 year old but already how to use a computer and a cell phone.  I was wondering when is the best time to really hand them a phone? If ever this will be the first time that I will let my kids stay at school alone and far from our home. We have no choice but let my daughter ride the school bus while my youngest will be send my the daddy and pick up at 530 after husband's office, one more thing that I am concerned of.  My baby boy will stay in school for almost whole day while me stays at home.
