Phone for Family

My kids are only 5 and 4 year old but already how to use a computer and a cell phone.  I was wondering when is the best time to really hand them a phone? If ever this will be the first time that I will let my kids stay at school alone and far from our home. We have no choice but let my daughter ride the school bus while my youngest will be send my the daddy and pick up at 530 after husband's office, one more thing that I am concerned of.  My baby boy will stay in school for almost whole day while me stays at home. I wish I could be there with them all the time but no more, it's different now. My only solution for this separation anxiety of mine is to get my kids a personal fone and hand it to their teacher while on class so I could call them all the time and vice versa they could call me too whenever they want or needed. I know you were thinking that it's expensive to have a phones only for kids. Good thing a friend recommended me this user friendly cheap phones especially for kids.  Have you heard of Tracfone already? I definite;y wanna have this fone coz aside from being affordable it also has so many features the kids would love and need to do. They can play with their phones if ever they are waiting for me at school. They can also use it as their watch, or calculator.
